Graduate Engineer – Permanent

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Graduate Engineers to be responsible for the development of parts, processes and systems in a fast-paced concurrent environment. To succeed, applicants should have hands-on design, manufacturing, assembly and test experience.


  • Support new and existing programmes through idea generation and concept delivery.
  • Determine optimum design and processing solutions.
  • Undertake tasks in accordance with programme resource constraints.
  • Presentation at internal and external reviews.
  • Set-up and production of samples.

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Technical qualification to degree level or equivalent e.g. mechanical engineering.
  • CAD proficiency (preferably SolidWorks) including BOM’s.
  • Ability to finish projects on time and budget.
  • Proven team player.
  • Excellent practical skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-domain systems & multi-disciplinary projects.

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • CAE e.g. CFD & FEA.
  • Data analysis using Excel & Python.
  • DoE, measurement and record keeping.
  • Sample preparation and testing.

We are looking for candidates to start this summer with the ability to make impactful contributions to complex challenges immediately. To do this you will need excellent communication skills, superb attention to detail while simultaneously being able to keep broader programme objectives in mind. Multi-tasking, a flexible attitude and sense of humour are essential.
