As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Graduate Engineers to be responsible for the development of parts, processes and systems in a fast-paced concurrent environment. To succeed, applicants should have hands-on design, manufacturing, assembly and test experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support new and existing programmes through idea generation and concept delivery.
- Determine optimum design and processing solutions.
- Undertake tasks in accordance with programme resource constraints.
- Presentation at internal and external reviews.
- Set-up and production of samples.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Technical qualification to degree level or equivalent e.g. mechanical engineering.
- CAD proficiency (preferably SolidWorks) including BOM’s.
- Ability to finish projects on time and budget.
- Proven team player.
- Excellent practical skills.
- Familiarity with multi-domain systems & multi-disciplinary projects.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
- CAE e.g. CFD & FEA.
- Data analysis using Excel & Python.
- DoE, measurement and record keeping.
- Sample preparation and testing.

To do this you will need excellent communication skills, superb attention to detail while simultaneously being able to keep broader programme objectives in mind. Multi-tasking, a flexible attitude and sense of humour are essential.
