What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. If you complete the contact form on this site, or email or telephone us, we will receive your name, company, email address and whatever you include in your message.

 

We do not collect personal data from visitors who simply browse the site.

 

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us and, where your enquiry leads towards a commercial agreement, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

 

We will not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

 

Cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our website platform, Wix, sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies that keep the site secure and working properly. These do not identify you and are not used to track you.

Contact form submissions are processed and stored on our behalf by Wix.com Ltd, which hosts this website, and by our email provider. They act only on our instructions. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

 

Where it is stored

Our service providers may store data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.

 

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are deleted from the website once we have received them. From then on your enquiry is handled as normal business correspondence, which we keep for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless a continuing business relationship means we need to keep it for longer.

 

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to have it transferred to you or to someone else. There is no charge. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month.
