The PtFS product range includes advanced heating, cooling and process control specifically designed for maximum performance in turnkey and retrofitted applications. This innovation combined with custom hardware and software provides the first ‘digital moulding environment’ where ‘active thermal management’ gives massive reductions in energy consumption, cycle time and pressures needed to process even the most complex material and part combinations. Surface Generation offers customers’ access to extensive R&D, test and commissioning facilities. With the option of on or offsite running, our clients can process thermoplastics, thermosets, metals and glasses up to 1,000°C (more if needed) using state-of-the-art PtFS systems in conventional or custom configurations. Supported by an in-house team of brilliant multi-disciplinary experts, injection moulding, compression moulding, vacuum infusion, prepreg cure and automated tape lay-up can be trialled for proof-of-concept, research, development and low series production purposes.
